This villain name is Frieza. He is the comic character from dragon ball. He commit the crime because he want rule all planets , he slaughtered many who opposed him.
2. Funny Crime Story
This actually happened. The criminal was a man. He had gone to rob a jewelry store, but he hadn’t disguised himself and hadn’t really prepared. So he had kept knocking on the display case but couldn’t break it, and in the end, the police arrested him.
